Why not start off the holiday season with one of the best Christmas specials ever produced--A Charlie Brown Christmas! I'm actually surprised to find the entire episode here on YouTube. We've shown this episode to my four-year-old niece Delaney. Two of the best parts that she loves is when Lucy asks Schroeder to play Jingle Bells, which takes him three times to get the song right, and the part where Snoopy mimics Lucy about respecting the director. Lucy, of course, gets angry at Snoopy and tries to slug him, prompting Snoopy to kiss Lucy, which results in Lucy screaming about how she's been "kissed by a dog! I have dog germs! Get some hot water! Get some disinfectant!" Of course, then there is the sweet jazz music score by Vince Guaraldi. A timeless classic.
