Sunday Night Double Feature Music--War by Edwin Starr, and War Pigs by Black Sabbath

I can't sleep tonight, so I thought I would give a little Sunday Night Double Feature Music Videos in honor of General David Petraeus' non-report, which will be more Bush White House PR-spin to continue the unending U.S. war in Iraq. And so General, I present these two songs in honor of your diminished status as a Bush lacky for continuing to sent young Americans into the meat grinder we call Iraq. And I'm sure that the Bush administration will be sending the U.S. into war with Iran--if puppetmaster Dick Cheney has anything to say about this. Our first song here is a good one--War by Edwin Starr. From YouTube:

Of course General, you deserve two songs in your honor here. For you see, we've been told that this Petraeus report was to be the definitive report as to whether Iraq has made enough security and political progress to continue the Bush surge. It hasn't. So you will go before Congress and spin some Bush PR-crap about how we're still winning the war in Iraq, even though both the GAO report and the National Intelligence Estimate is showing that the Iraqi government is failing to secure the country and enact political reforms. So here is another song for you, and the entire Bush administration--War Pigs by Black Sabbath. Because I'm sure that you and President Bush, will both show yourselves to be the complete pigs when you both wallow into PR-cheerleading for the unending continuation of this disastrous war. From YouTube:

And more young Americans will be ground into hamburger....
