What can I say? If there are two top Schoolhouse Rock songs that we GenXers (I was born in 1965) remember from our Saturday morning cartoons, the first would be Conjunction Junction, and the second would be I'm Just a Bill. I still catch myself singing those two songs in the back of my mind at times. And yes, I learned my government from this song--it probably explains why I even got my BA degree in Political Science. So here are the lyrics of I'm Just a Bill. And here is the video from YouTube:
How I hope and pray that they will,
But today I am still just a bill.
